Return Period

You may return custom garden signs within 14 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not match the approved design. Returns must be initiated by contacting us within this period.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging when possible
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
  • Returned due to defect, damage, or design mismatch

Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or modified are not eligible for return unless the damage occurred during shipping.

Cost of Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, defect, or damage during shipping, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns initiated for other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide return instructions and authorization
  4. Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided
  5. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom signs that match the approved design but differ from customer expectations
  • Items damaged by misuse, neglect, or normal wear
  • Personalized items that have been used or installed
  • Items returned without authorization

General Legal Requirements

This return policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws. Customers have the right to return defective or misrepresented products. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and in accordance with legal requirements.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without penalty. After 24 hours, cancellation may be subject to fees if production has begun. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled, but may be eligible for return after delivery if they meet return conditions.

Refund Procedure

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
